Abacus Repaint - never heard of it. Hope you didn't pay for it. There are stacks of freeware progs around that are all you need to repaint any aircraft in any of the MS sims.

I think the name is FSRepaint by Abacus.

Can you put up a screen shot of what you're talking about?

The only thing I can think of is that you're putting the logo on a texture that covers only part of the section you're painting, and the other section is covered by another texture.

For example, the tail fin may be covered by one texture, but the rudder is covered by another.
