FS2002 Cessna T37/A37 Tweet HELP!

Trying to repaint this aircraft located here http://www.simviation.com/fs2002military46.htm. I've done the fusealage and it comes up grey with no textures. Don't know who published this or what I am doin wrong this is my first attempt. I am using Microsoft Paint and not changing the format or color bit. Please let me know if you have a solution.
