Chrome reflections???

Postby suburbanboston » Sun Aug 31, 2003 11:59 pm

I have both Photoshop 7 and Paint shop pro 8, and I'm currently repainting the Meljet 747 model 3.  I would like to add a nice chrome effect to the engines and maybe the whole aircraft.  I've searched on the net and on the programs for any tips on getting that effect, no luck.  I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me on this issue.

The model must already have those textures enabled by being in a certain format.  If the textures are reflective (alpha channel), then it should work, but I am not sure as to how you should go about putting them on.

Ok, I found a tutorial on how to get reflections.  Pretty simple.  Thanks for helping  :D.
