Tim Conrad, Dino, Tom Ruth

Postby MDN90 » Mon Feb 07, 2011 7:02 pm

Hey everyone, i'm a new poster and i would just like to give a veeeeery big thumbs up for Dino Cattaneo, Tim Conrad and Tom Ruth for doing such an amazing job at creating some of the most beautiful freeware that i've ever seen. Great job guys!!!!  ;D  i'm sure there's other artists as well out there that create nice aircraft, but the three of these absolutely rule the skies!!!!  ;) Again big thumbs up.
Greetings from Germany.

If ya haven't 'discovered' Brett Henderson and Alejandro Rojas, a.k.a. "Alrot" then you are definitely in for another fantastic slough of freeware aircraft.

Like their (team effort) Cessna 310: https://www.simviation.com/phpupload/upl ... 202000.jpg

And Alrot's Citations and MD83, 707s, 727......I could go on and on.

The skill and generosity of those sorts of folks is unmatched! :)

I didn't know they developed the default FSX Beechcraft Baron 58.  ;D (check your link. leads to a screenshot of that plane, not the 310)

MDN90, another aircraft to check out is the FSX native Embraer EMB120 that a friend of mine and me released today. (was actually an update to the initial release) The VC is from the default King Air 350, but the high quality textures and model make up for that. (textures were not made by us) The model was for FS2004, released in a package of source files by its original developer, Erick Cantu. We upgraded and exported the model to be fully FSX native using GMax.
