Wow that's cool! I've never seen the DC-3 on floats. Someone should be able to do the floats. They don't look too hard. I'd offer to do them, but I don't really have the time. I take it your using the DC-3 file that came with the FSX SDK.

we have an update to the MAAM-SIM DC3 / XC-47 that is freeware (below).

http://www.simviation.com/fscommercial2.htm (top of the page)

FS2004 Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Simuations Douglas XC-47C Amphibian addon for the R4D/DC-3 Package This free add-on aircraft is for purchasers of the MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3 for FS2004, only. You must have the R4D/DC-3 installed in your FS2004 BEFORE you attempt to install this add-on. The XC-47C self-installer will not run unless the full R4D/DC-3 package is present. You may purchase the CD from the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum On-line Store at www.maam.org. All proceeds from CD sales go to support the museum and its restoration programs. Bill Rambow, Jan Visser, Fred Banting, Rob Young, Howard Sodja, and Mark Beaumont MAAM-SIM. 5MB

I think i found something for you that is FREEWARE and is A LOT better than the crappy default DC3......
