Ive got a few planes im working on in 3dsMAX for IL2
I was wondering how does one produce a plane from 3ds to a FSX working model
1. how do you convert the 3ds project into a .mdl files
2. are there any poly limitations with the game (overall or certain meshes)
3. are there and tuts out there.
any help would be great

Install the FSX SDK RTM, SP1a, SP2...
Read the "Using Modeling Tools" chapter; follow directions to install/configure the \3DSM7 folder to Max7/8...
