Anyone interested in finishing this with me?
Posted: Mon Apr 28, 2008 9:34 amThe FS Community has been at a complete lack for a great MU-2 since the original days of FS. This amazingly unique turboprop needs to be modeled! I have the sourcefile from Bjorn Buchner's long body. I am not much of a modeler, but more of a repainter, and panel designer. I currently own a real world Cessna 414, and may soon be buying an MU-2. This means I have the resources necessary to complete this model to better standards than it ever was.
Whats in Mind:
FULL VC and cabin with accurate systems modelling
Both Long and Short Body variants, as the long body model can be modified
Remodelling of components that are somewhat inaccurate, such as props and cowlings.
Modeling of misc components such as pitot tubes, scoops, working door handle.
Remapped textures.
