FSDS Question

I am progressing quite well with my first scenery object project but one thing is causing me a problem.
I get so far then add another part and when I test it in FS the whole object just seems to separate randomly.
I can post images if required but as I am new to this there is probably a simple solution....I hope ::)

Thanks

I add a base to the unit.

I am using FSDS V3 and FS9

Any solution would be much appreciated :(

Am by no means a guru but having used FSDS for awhile, one way around this sort of thing that has worked for me would be to combine all your parts into one object once everything's been textured (presuming there are no animations involved, and also presuming a backup of the original is made before proceeding). First, select all parts, then choose Part-Join Selected, and then compile the object. It looks very nice BTW.

I think it centered all the pivots at the same place, thus making the object go crazy. Glad you got it solved! Looks great sofar!
