FSGV - Project Shockwave

Well, after taking an unusually long break from modeling, I decided to go back to continuing what I started. Right now, I'm modeling the tiny features of the interior in my own way as I was unable to obtain better images of the real Shockwave's interior. The shots that I found only provided a glimps of the gauges and labels, but no shot of the throttle quadrant, the ejection seat, nor the rest of the interior. Here are a couple of shots of my own interior.

This is a shot of the side view mirrors. The frame will be reworked as it looks like a rushed design.

Small details will be important in the interior as the inside is rather large. You may not see them in the shot, but the doors are receiving a make over as well.

I hope you like it.

I decided to revise the throttle quadrant so that it would closely match one of the photos that were found on the net. This time, I'm more impressed with the outcome. On top of that, the mirror frames have been revised as well. Even though the real jet truck doesn't really have side view mirrors [probably to reduce drag], I decided to put them onto the model anyways as I think it looks better with the mirrors. You can find the latest shots of the revisions over at FSGV [click my sig].

Finally, a shockwave for flight simulator. I've been looking for one of these.

I finally got the truck to settle nicely in the simulator, all I need now is to fine tune the brakes and engine thrust. Other than that, the truck is still a long way from finished.

Ok, now comes the confusing part.

I've been getting this OBED scaling error message ever since I first started to export the visual model over a month ago. I always wondered what was causing this error, but then I ignored it when I saw that the model is doing just fine in FS. Of course, that is until I started adding certain details to the visual model. The effect of this OBED error became quite apparent as soon as I started adding the cable lines and switches. These small bits are now turning up somewhat disfigured in FS even though I made sure that the "Weld Points" and "Optimize" options are unchecked [I use Middleman and Mdl Commander]. Now the doors are suffering this adverse effect [ie: certain polygons are missing]. I tried reseting the scale of the entire model, but that isn't working. How do I trace the culprit?

I have seen a video of the inside of the truck. It looks close to the interior of a racecar.
