I have no idea how to add thrust reverser to aircraft but want to learn! Mainly a c-5 and a c-130. Can someone please help me?

Did you download these two aircraft from the internet? If so they should have thrust reverser's or reverse pitch (in the case of the C-130). Just hold down F2.
