P-51 Project

Started building one of maybe 3 or 4 modofied p-51 reno racers.
Was wondering if someone would help in doing the .cfg and .air files to get these birds flying.
Could also use some help in the animation department.
They are for FSX.

Looks like it will be a Good one. Tho the question will be will it be better then the one that MS relice with the Addon thay are doing for FSX???

I find that inevitably, all M$ products LOOK pretty darn good, but the features that are offerred on freeware aircraft truly overshadow any of them.

This is not to out do M$ P-51 in there new add-on, but to add to the air racing experience.
Throw in a mix of modified aircraft and non modified.

i eed a p-51 forsx not 2004... it looked cool though
Warick Carter's mustang works in FSX, you just have to install it properly

ya i got it to work... i dont like auto installers, cant count on them to go in right... :-/

yea i used an auto in staller the other day then had to move ever thing in to FSX as it installed it as if it was in 32bit and my system is 64bit so diferant folder for the Sim. Good thing tho it dident brake my Sim like the last one that F-16 I think fliping thing replaced my Aircraft folder so it was the only thing i could fly

ooo... you gotta be carfull im gonna start directing the auto installers to a seprat folder then put them in manually 8-)

A update of the plane. Got some kinks worked out learning the new FSX desining
Now I have to animate the flaps again, for some reson at fram 0 flaps up in FSX the flaps are at 30% extended :-?
