convert .mdl back to 3ds Max compitable files?

hello, im looking for a convert program with which i can convert .mdl models back to an 3Ds Max compitable file. Any Idea?

You Can't ..... MS did and *. mdl encripted, and so well encripted that I don't think Ms can for themselves,they did this to protect the modelers and designers ,and I think is ilegal
, trust me ,I been in this a while ago ,I made these planes

i asked the same question several days ago
Half Life 2 mdl files arent the same as FS ones... the flight sim ones are compiled, and i dont think you can decompile them
looks like its either gmax and the files on this site you can muck around with, or turbosquid

Half life and HL2 MDL's are based on the quake MDL format, Flightsimulator has its own format.
