FSX SDK

Hey i was wondering if you guys could help me out. I got FSX Deluxe for xmas and it installs and everything its just when i explore disk 1 and run the setup program for the SDK it wont install i keep getting a 1628 error. If anyones experienced this problem and knows how to help i would appreciate it thanks
