Error message..

Postby SkyNoz » Tue Sep 26, 2006 7:31 pm

I keep getting this error message relating to a "Line" in file "MNpipe.cpp". Does anyone know a solution in solving this issue?

I've already tired to merge in a other scene but didn't solve the problem. Also, trying to find the specified line and deleting in the hiearchy etc.

Reinstall Gmax and then replace the converter section.  Always works for me whenever I get a freaky message like that.

Try doing a search for the filename on your computer.  See what its for, and where its located.  Then search the net for the exact filename along with Gmax, and see if anything pops up.

I get messages similar to that when my hard drive is close to full and I try to use a mirror modifier or some other functions in Gmax. I then go on a delete/defrag spree and it works fine again. I don

Is it in one scene or all,I had that "assertion failed" awhile back and I think I had to step back to an early generation.(cant remember for sure, that happens when you start getting younger)! It seemed like resources had something to do with it also.My suggestion is to go backwards to where you didnt have it,and also do as JonMich suggested.

It's only a problem with my Kfir scene, but I dont' understand the line problem. I built the aircraft building a wireframe line mesh, but that was along time ago. :)

Try to remember what you changed,in or out of Gmx.Does it doit when selecting the scene,or when you try to compile it?I have had 2 such problems in 2 years so I can't remember exactly what I did! Also make sure and check your Perspective texture settings.Sorry I can't be more help.If I think(remember) of something I will let you know.
