I know we cannot modify MS planes, but is there any way, say I make a set of floats for my repainted Cessna.
Could I somehow, asign a point on the plane where they are supposed to be, and have them load with the plane? and maybe make them float-able?
If this was possible, we could make accessories for any aircraft

No.. not as far as I know, anyway.

There is absolutely no way to change the visual actions of a model once it has been created.
