where i can get a smoke effect to be compatible with all aircraft???? can somebode tell me thanks

I'm not sure I understand your question. All the FS smoke effects are compatible with all the aircraft. Do you mean install smoke effects on all the aircraft?
If so what you need to do is open the aircraft.cfg of each aircraft and insert the lines;

[SMOKESYSTEM]
smoke.0=0.00, -0.70, 1.40, fx_smoke_w

To control and understand the effects system, download the MS Flight Simulator Effects SDK.  It will tell you more than you ever wanted to know about FX.
