After i've created the aircraft in gmax (which im almost done with) what do i do next? I know I have to make an aircraft.cfg file...but how? Is there any tutorials on the web? i've tried searching but nothing. Also making a paint job? any tutorials?

You are in some real rough weather here, friend.

Creating an aircraft.cfg is as hard (if not harder) as making the model itself.  I've basicly given up on creating my own and just modify ones I've found that are similar to the aircraft I'm already making.  Try hitting up the FFDS forums (link in my signature).  They have a whole section on this.

Making a paint job?!  Well, you can do it the easy way and just throw some sloppy stuff onto the aircraft, or you can do what I do and check out the Aircraft Repainting forum here, as well as the FFDS forums (again!).  Yet another part of the process that requires learning a whole new bit of technology . . .
