New prop for Spit (Ozzy should look)

Postby cloud9 » Sun Feb 26, 2006 6:22 pm

Not sure if this is the right spot but...
I've been tweaking a bit and have gotten a much better, more realistic Spit prop spin.  Not sure if I'll upload (need to get designer concent anyway) but if you think otherwise, please tell.  I'd also like a couple of beta testers as it's better to see in the sim and I'd like opinions.  Here's some shots.

In the sim after (hard to see)...

You wont really need beta testers, it only consist of a Prop uprade or "repaint" etc. Just post some good pics and have people give coments on this topic and I'm sure they will give you great advice on whether it looks real or not and by looking at real aircraft photos etc. I think it looks great!! :)

Found that the VC view shows the difference exceptionally well...

These are for Paul Rebbufat's Spit's.  Should I upload? ???

Since you are doing repaint upgrades I would upload a upgrade texture pack to this specifi model, (i.e) new prop textures etc. I think this topic should have gone in the Aircraft Repainting section tho......

Lookin' good 8) Okay if you just put in the read-me about where it came from (and whom) you'll be okay. I'm sure nobody will mind a minor upgrade being posted. I for one like it!
