What is "gmax tag tool"? ...I never heard about....

Gmax tagtool is a script that you run with gmax  and what it does is Names parts in gmax you can do this by typeing the names in but the tag tool is quicker .

I am haveing problems with the lights in gmax they won't show in flight sim do i have to give them a certen name?
