YAS Tr9 Status report

Postby Merlin66 » Mon Aug 22, 2005 5:44 pm

Ozzy 72 will be pleased ( as hopefully will a few others) that the YAS Tr9 for FS2004 is coming together.
All the externals are now complete and work progresses with the VC's.

There will be two versions, Standard and GIL ( Grace in Line)

Wow, that is stunning.

Please compile it so that it displays in FS2002.

All the YAS models are freeware.

The collection comprises of all the merlin engined variants of the Spitfire. Includes MkI thru MkXVI with various camoflage, etc.

Most of the models are for CFS2 and have original AIR files and DP's.

M

What Ozzy REALLY wants in a two seater, is side by side seating (sort of like the Hunter trainer), with a Mk.IX profile ...

No Griffons?  Or would that require changing your name to Griffon66?  ;D  You guys make great planes.  I only hope I can be that good someday.  ;)

P.S.  I took the liberty of fixing the links in your post.  I hope you don't mind...

YAS team comprises a total of one person... me.
I do everything from cleaning the toilet to mixing the paint, and everything in between.

I decided many moons ago that the "real" Spitfires were the Merlin.

Tsk Tsk...  You and Mark should really get drunk together some time...    ;)

And everyone knows it's the Brits who favor the Merlin, while we Americans prefer the raw unadultrated power of a Griffon...  ;D  Once they passed Mk 20, it was all over...

b) Why the P-51 had a Merlin ;D ;D ;D

There's nothing to hold you back from taking a YAS Mk.VIII fsc source file and making your own XII ....
