Hi
Ive been stuck on the ME-163 for fs9 for a while now
There are a lot of things that it needs to do and FS9 duznt support them well.Rocket engines have not been supported since fs98 or 2000, the gear is a headache to do,but with some trick contact points and xml code its doable but messy
I tagged the dolly as r_gear animated so it drops away way way back of the aircaft,Then set it so its not visable when gear is full raised. The down side is when the gear is droped then the dolly reappears so thats where the fun starts:)
You need to then fail the gear so it wont come down then animate the skid so it come part way down. Then set the scrape points so she skids along on her belly.
There are a few other ways I tried but all had pro's and cons
Cheers

Suggestions -

a.  The 163's gear "never" retracts - you always have a fixed main gear ... (the aircraft.cfg files says so...)

b. the tires are animated, linked to the dolly, which is an auxiliary.gear, and this is animated, but it's really called l_wheelwell (or r_wheelwell, I'm not picky)

c. Your landing skid is either a spoiler animation, or a lav_dump_valve part (i.e. water rudder deploy)

Cheat - do the Me-263 with proper retractable gear!

;D
