Requesting Conversion (max to 3ds)

Okay guys, I spent three straight hours trying to install the demo version of 3ds Max 7, which also involved updating two operating systems on two partitions. In the end, nothing seemed to work to install DirectX 9.0c, with that infamous error message!

So I please request: could somebody convert this free model to .3ds for me so I can import it into gmax? I would be incredibly grateful.

But my computer is preventing it, for whatever reason.
