Something I am working on ...

I am working on a Skymaster (on and off) and I started with the fuselage. THis is not the first 3D model I do ... I used to make guns for Ghost Recon so I am not totally unfamiliar with modding ... but I never really had to deal with so much smooth surface before and something is happening that I never noticed before:

Can you guys see those strange shaded polygons on the left side of the nose?
Are they a problem? will it look like that once I export it in FS? How can I get rid of them or prevent them from coming?

That's a shot to give you an idea of where I am at ...
I am not terribly worried about the detail work or animations ... it's getting the general shape right and getting the fuselage right (especially) that I am concerned about.
