.CFG Problem i think.

Postby EGNX » Mon Sep 12, 2005 12:05 pm

Ive just downloaded the FS2002 Hawker Siddeley Trident 2E British Airways 'Landor' G-AVFG which loads up and works in my FS2000 (FS2000 which maybe a problem) but when it has finnished loading the plane it  hovers about 10m above the runway and falls and crashes. I decided to Slew the plane up to a high altitude and let it start that way. When i turned of the slew the plane got up to speed and started to fly BUT... the planes nose was shaking up and down. I slowed the plane down but the problem continued, i then landed the plane (which touched down perfect) but the nose was still shaking until i slowed to around 40kts. What is going on and can it be fixed? Or can anyone find me a Trident .cfg for fs2000 that i can use.

Also with the nose shaking the plane is controlable but very jerky and slow.

Please Help.

Heres part of the .cfg

Hi
for the cold duck syndrome try raising the moi values in the aircrat.cfg.If the nose is bouncing up and down raise the pitch moi if its from side to side raise the yaw moi

as when fullly loaded 10m above the ground this is most likely a contact point problem have a look at this http://www.sim-outhouse.com/index.php?l ... es&page=cp
maybe the scrape points are hitting the deck when the gear is fully loaded cusing it to spring into the air and crash
hope this helps
