P.S.  I hope that by my enthusiasm you can tell that I love P-47s.  ;D

I can wait, but I can't.. :o.  But take your time man, it looks so good already, I can't imagine it when its finished.  I mean, there aren't many models out there with that kind of attention to detail!!!  Do you know what features it will have yet?  What animations, size of the VC, effects, that kind of thing?

*Sock bows down*

P.S.  Just out of curiousity, do have any other planes in the works, or on the drawing board?  Because FS2004 is really devoid of any good P-40Bs.   ;) ;D

This is my first and only aircraft on the go now. I haven't really been thinking about the next aircraft to do.I'll definetly think about about doing the P-40B.

Its only your first?  Wow.  :o  A P-40B would be sweet! ;D  A beautiful fighter with classic lines.  :)

Not to be pushy, but what about features?  Do you know at this stage?

You only missed more praise Katahu.  ;D

Yes, I have practiced a lot before starting this aircraft. I have to say, making an aircraft can be challenging.
I really dont know about features yet.

And that in 24K polies...

Whats that supposed to mean?

Polies is short for polygons. Another name for polygons is also poly.

Ulp!  My most recent model is over 107,000 polys.
Framerate-friendly though.  :-)

A 107,000 poly model will take you about 15 minutes total to export. My last model - The Ferrari - was about over 65,000 total and it took 5 minutes to export. Not only that, I think FS can render just about 66k at a time.
