I think that you'll have to key frame the animations... using the l/r_pct_lead_edge_flap0/1 and l/r_pct_trail_edge_flap0/1 tags.

In  your flaps section of the aircraft.cfg, then you'll input enough flap "stops" and animate the sequences so that the leading edge flaps deploy first, then after the first two (or three depending on what you want done) the trailing edge flaps operate.

Hi Felix,
I am trying to do what you say, but I got message about "r_pct_lead_edge_flap0 is not a valid name for a keyframe animated part"  ??? ???
Any idea of why?

Thx

If you're building for CFS2 then, no, it's not valid.

It's a valid part name for FS2002/4.

It Works!!!!  ;D ;D
I have managed to get it working quite fine...
Finally I have used r_flap_key tags for trail and edge flaps...
Both are in retract position at 0 and 100 keyframes.
Edge is full extended at 20 and 50 Keyframes.
Trail is full retracted at 20 Keyframe and full extended at keyframe 50.
This way, flaps have two positions: First with edge extended, and second with edge and trail extended.
Great!
Thx for your help Felix  ;) soon will be here with another question  :)

By the way, you can see some pics of my plane at :
