3ds max and VC

For some reason, when I export my model to panda x  and then to makemdl,  and then into FS, my virtual cockpit guages wont show up.  They are just invisible, like you can see straight thru the place where they should be.  I am not real sure why this is happening,.   ANy help would be appriciated.  Thanks
