Is it possible to create aircarfts for FS98
If so how to texture them

There is no support for FS98 through Gmax.
You would need Air Factory 99 (AF99) or Aircraft Designer 2000 (AD2000).

Re textures for FS98, these were 256 x 256 bmp files, with one side (or top/ bottom) on the top section of the image (ie 256 x 128), and the opposite side graphic on the bottom. colours were limited to the FS pallet. Can be editted by MS paint or any other paint program.
