I like the high level of detail. At 50,000 polys, the FPS should not be affected. Unless, of course, you plan to add extremely detailed textures along with it.

Oh, once again, I am now in an AFB. This time in Arkansas. ;D This means I'm using [once again] a gov't computer. I have to say, I like the connection speed of these things. These are way better than those at Sheppard or Keesler AFB. I ordered my laptop over the internet from Dell before I left Florida. I never knew I had to wait for a couple of weeks. I was hoping to get it by mail before I left.

Anyways, how long did it take for you to make those renders on the R22? I like those pics. I can't imagine the frame rate you had to endure? You probably had to deal with negative(-) 10 FPS. LOL ;D

Keep up the good work. I hope to see it on my aircraft collection in FS.

Well, I'm only a few days away from getting my laptop. Once I have everything set, it will be certainly ready for that nice beautiful R-22 you got going on in there.

BTW, what kind of tools did you use to make those 3D renders of your model? I'm really interested in learning. ;)

WOW! Ive been looking for a R44 forever! My cousin is 13 and has cancer. His dad was forced to sell their R22 to pay for many of the bills they accumulated so I bought him FS2004 for his laptop. He been bugging me to find a R44. Can you let me know when it is done? ;)
