I can't make a small Cylinder

I have a problem creating small cylinders.. I go to create cylinder, drag it to the size I want, then it disapears! If I make a larger cylinder, it will create it but it seems with smaller objects, I have problems. Is this a bug in gmax, or some strange setting i have on preventing the creation of smaller cylinders?

Thanks :)

Jeff.

It's not any setting, ;) and you can call it a bug if it makes you feel better.  :o

To get around it the issue, use the Keyboard Entry. This way will let you create as small an object as you like.

With 3d objects in Gmax (as opposed to 2d ones like splines) you have three seperate numbers to enter, so if you REALLY like dragging to create objects, click once after you let go of the object and the extra number will enter itself.

But like FSEdge said, entering them from the keyboard entry section is much easier and far more accurate.

and for the die-hard modeller brought up on AF99, entering all those points by hand is like reaching Nirvana!
