In my experience, I can rotate at about 155 but my climb is very slow. On descent, if I try a VS of -1800, I have to use full speed breaks to keep from accelerating out of control. And on landing, I find myself gliding easily even at 130kts, even having to push myself down onto the runway.
As a matter of fact, my favorite trick was missing the runway (too high) at 140, and so, too tired to go-around, I hit full left rudder to see what would happen. I swung left about 30 degrees but continued to glide over the runway with ease.
