hello ,
i've got two problems.

first one:

i am using FS design studio pro 2 and i don't arrive to make a good propellers move.
In FS , the propellers turn in a way and two second after in another . i don't know why it does it. i use the command "prop_blurred" in FS 2002

Second problem :
i am using an file aircraft from another plane ... my problem is that when i brake , my plane go in the floor ....
can you say me what i have to modify to have a normal braking.

thx

Hi Tomy. I think this is caused by something in the AIR file or Aircraft.cfg. I suggest you base your project on a different one. I never figured it out properly myself. Maybe one of the gurus can explain it to both of us. ;)

I suspect the gear suspension entries in the Aircraft.cfg [contact_points] section need tweaking. It's difficult to suggest anything without trying the aircraft.

Tomy, I assume the aircraft is for FS2002/4??
Then you can do some editting of the aircraft.cfg file to get a better outcome.
The propellor issue, re-reading your message, do you have a problem with one prop? or is it two and one rotates the wrong way and appears to take time to get "blurred"

The direction of rotation can be changed in FSDS2.24 by rotating the Z axis of the prop by 180degrees (shift + rotate), the run up times are as Hagar suggests locked into the MOI etc in the .air file.

My question is are you sure the prop is turning the wrong way or are you seeing the strobe effect.
Any object that spins will have a strobe effect if looked at against a light background as the object comes up to speed it will appear as if it is going backwards then change again to forward. That is what I call a strobe effect.  8)
