exporting mdl problem

hi all, I'm having a problem with exporting and I can't solve it! after clicking to export, a status bar appears and then this message appears:
anyone can help??

This is a generic error message and is usually generated when there is a problem with your models geometry that makemdl does not like. To see what is causing the problem, look in the directory that you are exporting to for a *.log file and open it with a simple text editor like notepad. It is usually things like colocated verts, coliner verts, scale applied and so on.

this may sound stupid, but make sure makemdl is in the right place. other than that, do what he said
