Has anyone seen this book?

and what do you think of it if you have?  Barnes and Noble wanted $45.00 for the thing, but I found it on-line new for $15.00 so I picked it up.  Bible is not innacurate.  The thing is right around 850 pages and seems aimed more at the widespread use of Gmax than our specific application.

You are correct, and $15.00 is an excellent price.

I also have the gMax handbook, which is more a collection of short tutorials, although more game-specific.

the "Bible" series of books are excellent, and as a general reference, the gMax Bible is on a par with series.

Some parts appear "lifted" from the 3DSMax 4 "Bible", since both programs are so similar.

Definitely a "must have" for the gMaxer.
