Problems With Gmax

I have been having problems getting a registration code for Gmax. I also understand that There are a few things that I must get for FS2002 before I can use Gmax because it was made for FS2002PE. Where do I get thes items at??? I have been waiting for sometime(about 2-3hours)for my regestration code and the support on Gmax's website sucks. Can anyone help???
I am really begining to get annoyed.

How long does it take to get the code e-mailed to you??? I have been waiting all day.

You must have done something wrong when you signed up for the registration. The registration code arrives at about less than a minute after you complete the sign up.

Not for me though....I have sighned up at least a dozen times=( I cannot have committed an error that manytimes.
