I have several add-on airliners that are having problems at cruise altitude.  They fly with the nose pitched up all the time, even when i push the aircraft to overspeed, the nose just wont come down...its probably 10-15 degrees pitch up.  Is this a problem with the air file?  how can i change it?

First off, what types of aircraft, and what flight level are you flying at?  Also, are you flying on autopilot?  If so, I sometimes have an issue that if I activate the autopilot too soon after takeoff, the trim gets messed up and I have to reset it.  Check your trim switch and adjust it, if necessary.
