i'm working on a secret 50's project disc-shaped VTOL aircraft with mach3 capabilities ;)
finished the model, now how do i get the proper flight dynamics?

can someone help me with this?

the texture is going to be chrome with black jet exhaust dirt on the botom

Since flightsim doesn't support flying saucers, you'll have to work either off a supersonic jet (check the samples in the FS9 aircraft\samples folder) and fiddle with the flaps to give you high lift, etc capabilities...

OR create two models - one with a helicopter style flight dynamics for slow/take off/landing and another with jet dynamics, for horizontal and fast flight.

There are a couple of flying saucers out there that have good flight dynamics.  You might try modifying one of those for your use.
