i downloaded Graham's tutorial and i want to try it out with out new Junkers EF132, the plane is done in FSDS2, and i was wondering how can i make the parts visible from the inside too?? (there is no check on the properties section like FSDS1)

In FSDS2, you make a new model page (Parts->Make New Model (I think - I don't have FSDS2 on this maching), click on "virtual cockpit".  You can copy/paste any parts you want from the main model into the VC model.

Check the tutorial that comes with FSDS2.

ok, i followed the tut and it looks good, i have not put the gauges yet.

i have a littleprob, my eyepoint is way in the back of the plane, whats the order of the coordinates??? i am copying the coordinates of the vertex of a reference part onto the Aircraft.cfg file... i have the coordinates as X Y Z but then graham says that the coordinates go Z X Y but thatone didnt work for me either :'(

In FSDS, make a small box.  name it pilot.view and tag it as a reference part.  WHen spawning into FS2K2/FS9, make sure you click on the box for "process referece parts".

The correct aircraft.cfg entry will be made.

From there you *may* have to adjust the overall reference point to avoid either a too far forward or backwards eye point in the DVC.  You can either move the pilot.view part or ALL the vc parts in the vc model.

Remember - the MAIN model controls what you see from the outside. spot view.  The VC model is what controls what you see from the "cockpit" or virtual cockpit modes.

In FS - select a different airplane, then reselect your project plane after you've changed it's aircraft.cfg entries.

Is there any easy way of doing that in GMax?

I've tried that with the contact points, but it didn't work... I'll try it with the view point though.  Thanks.
