ju 87 Stuka disign looking for dimensions

Postby Freddie » Tue Jul 29, 2003 2:08 pm

Hi,
I'm looking for a website where I can find all of the dimensions of a Ju 87 Stuka, rather the complete buildingplans. This is because I will try to have a go at the Gmax program. Now I know this effort will not be easy, but I have already the program and all of the tutorials I could lay my hands on and for my own sake will build a plane in CFS3. I have already looked at the internet but find nothing what helped me.

Check the SImviation Design Resources page http://www.simviation.com/3viewand.htm - there are a number of sites that have detailed plans with cross sections.

If this is your first project in gmax, and *presuming you do not have 3D modelling experience*, you may want to get the feel of the program first.

Of course, if you're familiar with 3DS max and similar programs, disregard my "warning" and plunge in.

about all that can be said Felix said but may I add that, designing straight off for cfs3 isnt, in my view, a wise choice.
Stick with the standard flight sim 02\04 first THEN try cfs3. its a lot different and harder, many more things to do to model to apply etc.

Which i guess is part of the reason there are limited designers for the game. And why the [projects] are so difficult.

My two cents anyway.  8)
