I need info on these two aircraft, so i can make them for FS2004 as soon as i learn how to use GMAX

What kind of stuff do you need Ivan? I've got some technical data and a few images, but no plans I'm afraid. Send me a message with a list and I'll see what I can do for you.

why bother to smoothen it if it's out of the airflow

For plans - check the Design Resources section - several of the Russian sites have detailed scale plans for both the Mig-25 and -31.

As for details - performance, etc., again, your best bet is to do some google searches.

On the other hand, don't settle for 3-views when you can have scale plans.
