Ah come on awash, you cant give up yet. I mean, you got FSDS which is supposed to be much more easier than gmax. Why let a product that costs money go to waste (im pretty conservative... ::)) Instead of giving up, try checking out more tutorials; there are some very good FSDS tutes out there and i think some real good ones at freeflightdesign.com. And if you get stuck on anything, you can always ask here at the forums and we'd be glad to help  :) I used to be the worst at Gmax and i still am, but im actually starting to get the hang of it. Of course its your decision on quiting, just trying to change your mind with some pep talk   ;)

yeah, i guess repainting aircraft may be more fun and easy. (take a look at g-force's tute at repainting in the repainting forum)

Awash..don't give up, just stop.

What I mean is don't set goals or decide that you have to build "this" plane. Just screw around and play with it for yourself.

If you like playing with FSDS2 you can always learn slowly and start designing specific planes at a later date.

If you don't like it you can always give up without any feeling that you are abandoning a project.

Whatever you do...enjoy the hobby. You don't need extra pressure from what is supposed to be fun.

Good Luck. :)
