gMax Bible

Similar to the "3DS Max Bible" book, the "gmax Bible" has come out in print.  This is a generic gmax book, with a CD containing various samples, tutorial parts, etc.

It doesn't have a cradle to grave - create a plane in gmax and fly it - tutorial.  It covers the how to get through the program and tons of examples.  The color inserts do include screenshots of Jan Vissier's work...:)

gmax Bible by Kelly Murdock,Wiley Publishing ISBN: 0-7645-3757-1

If you plan on purchasing it online, click on one of the book purchase links from the Simviation site...

It has 852 numbered pages, plus another 35 or so "index/content" pages, so it's definitely not a pocket book.
