Engine specs in cfg file

What do you do with an engine with contra-rotating props ?  Do you specify it as two engines ?

I have built a Shackleton with 4 engines with contra-rotating props.  If I use the B-29 cfg file, it does not move.  The props are running in opposite directions, as it should, but the aircraft does not move.

Do you have the Microsoft Air container SDK. If so there is a good section on how the aircraft.cfg works, including engine data. If not maybe you could e-mail me your B29.cfg file and I could look at it.
