Are seperate rudders like the Long-EZ possible?

I was wondering if this ingenious system can be simulated in FS2002? There are two rudder foils and the left and right rudder pedal controls them seperately and they can only turn outwards and because of the seperate control the rudders can also double as a speed brake.
Greetings and thank you to all add-on makers for a great collection of planes, helicopters and more.

The net answer to your question is yes.
In either gmax or FSDS2, you would tag the "rudders" as lever_stick_l_r, which allows you to keyframe the animation. Your right rudder would then be animated "only" on the right deflection, and similarly, the left rudder "only" on the left deflection.
Using the stock animation "rudder" tags you would have both side motions animated, deflection controlled by the value in the cfg. file.
