How do you control folding wings ?
I suppose a key must be allocated to this function, and how do you enter it into the Air and/or Aircraft files ?
All the normal functions are already in use.

Hi Ajver. I forget which sim this is for but assume it's FS2002?
CFS2 has a default key command for folding wings. Shift + F in the standard FS/CFS1 keyboard layout. This also works on the FS2002 default f4u1a_corsair (Vought) but you need to assign the key command from FS2002 >>Settings >>Assignments >> Wing fold/unfold.
The associated animation uses the part names l_wingfold & r_wingfold from the FSDS2 keyframe animation parts list. You might need to add this entry from the default aircraft to Aircraft.cfg.
[folding_wings]
wing_fold_system_type = 4 ;0=None
fold_rates = 0.12,0.11 ;Percent per second
I haven't tried this myself but it should work.

Thank you Hagar.
It sounds rather complicated, but I will give it a try.
