Want to use gmax

is there anyplace you can d/l FSModelExp.dle.  I really want to start designing with gmax, but I dont have the pro version.  I do have the gmax and the makemdl sdk.  But evidently thats not enough.  any help would be appreciated
Have you ever stopped to think, and then forgot to start again!?

The only legal way to get the gamepack is to purchase FS2002 Pro.
