vmo?

I understand that vmo inside the air file is the maximun speed the aircraft can take before the structure starts shaking.

But is it in KIAS KTAS? and is it for cruise condition sea level??

If you read the AirEd.ini it tells you

4=04,aspd,*Vmo - Overspeed Warning (kts)
4h=Maximum Operating Indicated Airspeed (kts)

A: knots indicated airspeed.
Its only a warning display. Do you know where to get AirEd.ini?
