I'd like to be able to access the PDToot panel design tutorial but I cant get it to function properly. Putting the path in IE as instructed doesn't bring up the tutorial. Has anybody any suggestions - other than put your glasses on and use your brain!?

1st off you are referring this file

--- WAYY better than IE)
I unzipped the file and can open all pages without any problem whatsoever using FF. Just click pages -- all links are good
