Try the right-click options. You might need Admin privileges or whatever.

Running as an admin only made the message come up faster.  :-?

Otherwise, you could get someone who already has it installed to send the  installed files to you.  That MIGHT work, but there may be missing INI files or registry files that are part of Gmax.  I'd try to do it, but I'm working from a public computer these days.  No net access from home . . .
