Hi all, more progress made on the B-25.
A little problem with exporting the model into the sim.
It was working befor I made some new parts but now does not showup in the flight sim.
Would any one know what might cause this.

Which parts?  What does it look like?  Screenies, please! ;)

Do you have sound.cfg and panel.cfg files set up and properly aliased?

Did you set the proper contact points?

Yes panel cfg and sound cfg are all set up the right, even the contact points  are set up.
I had the plane working in the flight sim.
When I built the propellers for the model and exported it, that is when it did't show up in F. S.
I also get a bunch of arrows when I use the select and rotate with multpull parts selected.

What about the heirarchy?  Do you have the exterior/interior dummies correctly located and/or linked?  It looks to me as though nothing was exported into the model file.  Does it show up in the aircraft selection window?

Is the aircraft positioned at (0,0,0) coordinates? And make sure all parts are appiled to the "Exterior" group or "Interior". I can't think of anything else besides what has already been said, hope my info helps, good luck and nice models. ;) ;D

This is what I'm getting now a error log file with all the parts having this error.
This is most likely it.
I just started getting this error after unlinking the parts.
I then relinked all the parts but still get the same error.
How do i go about fixing all of this?

Colocated Vertices=two or more vertices with the same (or very similar) coordinates in the scene.

A very easy fix for this:

Select the offending object (named in the error file)

Sub-object Modification --> Vertex

Select ALL vertices on the object

Set "Selected" number (under WELD) to 0.01

Click "Selected" button until the message "No vertices within weld threshold" shows up.

;D Good news! I fixed all the errors and the plane showed up in F.S. so the welding worked.
I Thank you all for your help and coments.
Work will resume on the B,C,G models of the B-25.
As fare as the VC, I'm still not shure on how to go about building it and naming the parts. Is there a good Tut. for VC's, if not maybe one of you guys well help in the making of the VC. Thank you.;D

Check my signature for the link to the FS2k4 SDKs.  There's a Gmax one in there that has all the names for all the parts that you could possibly ever need.

I also downloaded a script awhile back that makes it possible to simply click a button and have the part named correctly, called TagTool.  Just scroll down a bit on that page and you'll see it.

BTW, if you are really needing expert technical advice, that forum (Free Flight Design Shop) is one of the very best.
